SACHA BARBATO

Travel post Coronavirus

Sacha is a travel advisor/agent and also a passionate birder and wildlife enthusiast. Travel has been his passion ever since he started travelling around the world as a teenager and he has now visited over 40 countries across six continents.

His experiences have included hiking and white water rafting in the Himalayas, skydiving over the Grand Canyon, touring through New Zealand in a motorhome, whale watching off the coast of California and sailing around the Fiji islands. Travel has also meant that he has been able to indulge in his passion for wildlife and the natural world. He have been fortunate enough to see the ‘big five’ in Southern Africa, admire many of the world’s birds from the smallest in Cuba (the tiny Bee Hummingbird) to the giant Andean Condors of the Andes. He has watched wild Orangutans in Borneo, lemurs in Madagascar, snorkelled with giant manta rays in Fiji and watched Leatherback Turtles in Trinidad.

Over the past 25 years, he has worked in sales and management with a leading high street travel agent and now runs his own travel company offering flights, holidays and packages around the world.
